 Hi All I have just received the g/f hull and plans from 'Models by Design' for a r/c Schnellboot or E-boat at 1/24 scale making it just over 58 inches long with an 8 and a quarter beam. The hull is one piece and has a very nice finish that will need a minimum of finishing off and is at about the right thickness to get maximum strength to weight, The plans give a good layout of the decks and fittings.A very nice hull and plans set that would be good for the novice or expert to get to grips with an electric and R/C set up Initial plans will be for a triple screw and rudder set up with independent motor control for each motor and maybe the bow 20mm sweaping from side to side or something like that. There are some unusual camo jobs from the Baltic and Norwegian E-boats that i will be looking at.
