Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with customer service - not about the shipments but about the "free's" that are supposed to come with the 2nd and 4th kits - I worked and called multiple times to get the 1st on (took till after 5th kit) and just called about the one with the 4th kit and I have started to jump through the hoops again to get it - they are saying the same thing as last time about supply chain - no longer trust this company - was going to start 2nt kit but after this will not.
