Have a quick Q are we to glue the inner axle? wont that stop the wheel from tuning... just need to double check this before i do the other 3

"Apply Polystyrene adhesive around the inside of the front upright assembly, 2mm from the edge, as indicated by the section shown below and Insert the front axle inner into the front upright assembly."

The axle stays solid and the disc and wheel turn on the axle stub as far as i am aware.

With my build..how come when I attach the wheel to the axle and torque it down...the brake rotor does not turn? Very odd.
