I know Trumpeter offer some nice scale plastic kits with great interior detail, so maybe the way to go would be R/C?
Tamiya R/C kits are in the region of £600-£700 upwards, spread that out over a few of years & it's not so bad.
A nice 1/16 or 1/24 R/C Sherman would be on my wish list.

Hi all Everbody is talking about aircraft but what about an actual working engine, such as the famous Rolls Royce Merlin Engine. Not a battery powered one but fuel type one, can even be a jet engine if possible. Maybe not everybodys taste. Is this possible! “Count your age by friends, not years.
