Left intercooler bottom is not flat Options

I just got pack 5. The Left intercooler bottom is not flat where it attaches to the intercooler has anybody tried to straighten it?
I don't want to damage the finish.Confused

The gap is at the forward bottom end.

I have pictures but don't know how to attach them

Thank you for providing the pictures and at close inspection it does look very much like you do have a faulty part as the left inter cooler buttom should be straight. You can check this by putting a straight edge along the top surface edge.

As far as i understand it, you first pressed the two intercooler sideparts towards the "round tube" thing behind the intercooler, which caused the sideparts to deviate - hence the gap at the front.

You should go the other way and first press the sideparts towards the intercooler over the whole lenght. The "tube", which is a little bit too short, is allowed to have some space towards both sideparts as long as it reaches both sides and can be glued.
