I just got pack 5. The Left intercooler bottom is not flat where it attaches to the intercooler has anybody tried to straighten it? I don't want to damage the finish.

Hi Al Thank you for providing the pictures and at close inspection it does look very much like you do have a faulty part as the left inter cooler buttom should be straight. You can check this by putting a straight edge along the top surface edge. You will need to contact Customer services for a replacement... Details below Email: customerservice@deagostiniusa.comOr call: 1-877-544-6779 Regards Spencer

As far as i understand it, you first pressed the two intercooler sideparts towards the "round tube" thing behind the intercooler, which caused the sideparts to deviate - hence the gap at the front. You should go the other way and first press the sideparts towards the intercooler over the whole lenght. The "tube", which is a little bit too short, is allowed to have some space towards both sideparts as long as it reaches both sides and can be glued. I hope my english was understandable, DaDokta Greetings, Walter

But of course, if the sidepart is not straight - you can`t do anything but call for replacement. Greetings, Walter
