I stopped smoking just over ten years ago now when I took on the Del Prado Bounty to take my mind off smoking...I used one of those nicorette dispensers that look like a cigarette holder..worked a treat...surprising how much better I feel, and the money saved paid for the Bounty almost twice over...BigGrin

Those patches realy do work....you stick one over each eye.....then you can't find your bloddy cig's....LOL

i have given up smoking twice before and each time was for over 3 years.....the first time i re-started smoking was when i was going through a divorce....not stress related ....it was a celebration...LOL LOL...

i dont know what weapons will be used in ww3 but ww4 will be sticks and stones.
