Pack 5 contains stages 14-17

Stage 14 contains the right hand wing mirror and screw driver.

For this stage you will need the handlebars that you previously assembled and the right wing mirror.

Take the right wing mirror and line it up with the 'D' shaped hole and push gently into place.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

The components of Stage 15 should be carefully stored for future assembly.

Stage 16 contains speedometer parts and the fuel caps.

For this stage you will need the speedometer parts and some tweezers.

Take the speedometer face and line up the needle with the hole then push the spindle though both. Holding the needle and spindle turn the assembly over and use the collar to fix the needle and spindle in place. Next take the speedometer glass and outer ring and push the glass gently into the ring . Now take the speedometer face and line up the two tabs with the outer ring and push gently into place.

Stage 17 contains the upper and lower handlebar clamps and the reservoir base.


For this stage you will need the handlebars,handlebar clamps, 4 hexagonal screws and a small set of pliers.

If you look at the handlebar clamps the top part has a rectangular slot whilst the lower part has a semi-circular slot. Line up the upper and lower clamps on the handlebars then use the pliers to fix the four hexagonal screws in place. Be careful not to damage the upper clamp with the pliers as the screws are tightened.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 19 contains the air filter.

For this stage you will need the fuel tank halves from stages 1 and 3 plus the 'C' type screws also from stage 3.

Take the two fuel tanks halves and line up the studs with the two holes, push gently together until the screw holes are aligned. Then fix together using the two 'C' type screws.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 20 contains the instrument panel.


For this stage you will need the speedometer from stage 16.

Line up the studs on the assembled speedometer with the holes in the instrument panel and push gently home.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
