Hi Everyone,

Just wondered if anyone has suffered with poor packaging on deliveries.I noticed pack 13 box was damaged and open however all 4 parts were there.
Not so lucky with pack 14 as the bottom of the box was open with no parcel tape and Part 55 (main drive shaft)is missing!
Why use big boxes for such small parts? No wonder the boxes arrive crushed with flaps pushed away from the parcel tape so parts go missing.
Anyway i have emailed customer services so we will see what happens.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.

I personally prefer the box deliveries, I was an early subscriber to the red bull (currently upto issue 92)& also subscribe to the senna McLaren.

Spare a thought for those of us that still get the redbull delivered in black plastic bags as I have had no end of parts crush, magazines creased etc.

The box deliveries with the Senna McLaren are a lot better no damaged parts so far something which I am happy to pay a premium for.

Never had an issue with the packaging. All issues have been in a black bag (similar to AndreZS1AZ) and never had any parts damaged Cool
