I've just received my replacement pack 9 but again its got magazine 4 in the pack. Anyone had any success in getting the correct magazine?

Any ideas Tomick on what we can do to get hold of the illusive magazine 9 without getting another load of parts?
People are already selling their pack 9 parts on ebay

I have been waiting for 2 months to be contacted by customer services!! I need to change my payment method but no one is contacting me!! I cant believe there is no option to control it yourselve through "my account" or is there? I have made several reminders about the issue but the only reply to say some one will contact you! I am yet to receive pack 9 but i hope i receive the correct one as i really don't want to go through customer services again!
