Do any of our illustrious model builders out there know of a good source for fiber optics kits?

I have looked on eBay etc but not sure what I am looking at in regards to putting them in my models.

I am planning on purchasing the 1/200 Trumpeter Bismarck and would like to add fiber optics to it.

Thanks guys

Dave

I use a company in USA called Starling technologies. The owner (Stanley Korzoi) is really nice. He sells basic kits and will also make up something special order for you and he is quite reasonable. For such a large kit as the Bismark you will need a tons of LEDs and fiber. You may be better off buying the Leds and controller board from Stan and then buying your own fibers.Thei fibers come in different diameters and are pretty cheap to buy in bulk.He can make up PC boards that will make the lights flash or pulse etc....
