Hi Heisenberg, if you look in the General RB7 Discussion, on page 3 you will see that this has been discussed. Mine are also too loose but I did discuss what I will be doing. I will be ordering extra bearings from one of the places in Cape Town. What size are your bearings?

I have not measured them as yet.
I will wait to see the new bearings from Jacklin.
If that don't work, then I will measure up the housings and source a set of bearings with the correct dimensions.

I am up to issue 26 and the wait continues. There was some issue with the debit order and they will only send the next lot after that has been sorted.

So I received issue 18 - 21 at least and my fuel bottle. Now hoping that they will send me 22 - 25 and my tx now, and not at the end of the month...Blink

Do you guys also use jacklin enterprize for the subscription?
I have had numerous complaints about them, and they never seem to get anything correct.
I'f been waiting over a month for my January subscription.
Can't we order it directly from modelspace ZA?

Yes we have to use jacklin unfortunately. The problem is they send everything with normal post, which seems to be the main issue around receiving the books.

As f1fanatic says, it seems to be the post office that causes the delay. I have been waiting nearly 6 weeks for some hydroplane parts from the USA. My problem with Jacklin seems to be sorted. Hold thumbs.

I received my issue 15-18 today after a long 6 weeks wait and again found a problem with my subscribtion. Package was deliver with fast way courier service. Package was completely sealed on receiving it. Opened the package and issue 15-18 was inside but no fuel bottle although my invoice I received with the package stated the fuel bottle was also included in this package.

So I read in the news yesterday that a new post office strike will be coming sometime, and it will make the previous one 'look like a picnic'. Best think we speak to Jacklin to use couriers instead..

Strike or no strike my issue 15-18 got lost in the post and had to be sent by courier. Jacklin should always use courier service, I do think its a win/win situation for both the client and the company. How many parcels get lost in the post and then they need to replace it.
I'm one month behind so issue 19-22,issue 27-30 fuel bottle and remote control is being send today. BigGrin BigGrin
Issue 23-26 was already sent, still waiting for delivery, PLEASE dont loose it Mr. Post man!!

Hi Jors,

I was thinking the same idea, since I have all the gifts now, to cancel my subscription and get them at the news agents rather, since its such a mission with Jacklin..Confused

So this morning I'm reading again about the postal strike starting on a 'go slow' againAngry

Our post office does not even want to send parcels away because of this next wave of strikes. So looks like its back to square one. Will ask Jacklin if they can courier my next batch..
