Stage 30 contains the drive chain.

You will need the assembled rear wheel from stage 29 for this stage

Take the drive chain and fit it to the teeth of the drive sprocket on the rear wheel then hold the chain taught so it stays in place and then use a 15mm tube placed between the end of the chain and end of the swingarm to check that the chain and rear wheel move freely. Once you are satisfied that there is free movement remove the chain.

Next we need to protect the steel chain from rust, instead of using grease I opted to use a silicon based oil to lubricate and protect it. Once you have lubricated the chain return it to its plastic bag.

This concludes stage 30, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.

Pack 10 contains stages 31-33

Stage 31 contains the chain guard and two stickers.

For this stage you will need the swingarm assembly from stage 30, the two shock absorbers from stages 22-23 and some masking tape.

Firstly cut some masking tape so it is 100mm long and 10mm wide and cut it into two 50mm lengths then wrap the masking tape around the bottom of the top section of the shock absorber, do this for both shocks. Peel one of the stickers off its backing tape and use the masking tape to place it centrally upon the shock absorber. Repeat for the second shock absorber and remove the masking tape.

Next take the swing arm and the chain guard and line it up with the two holes in the swingarm push both gentle together until the guard is fully seated against the swingarm.

This concludes stage 31, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.

Stage 33 contains the rear brake arm assembly, brake pedal, spring, spring holder, fork pivot shaft and nut, clear washer and screws.

For this stage you will need the swingarm assemble and the right frame half.

Disconnect the brake stopper arm from the brake panel then remove the rear wheel from the swingarm assembly. Then line up the brake assembly with the hole in the brake panel, turn the assembly over and use a 'D' type screw to fix in position. Take the clear washer and push it gently over the stud on the inner swingarm so it holds the brake stopper in position, do this carefully as the washer is easily bent. Finally replace the wheel assembly back onto the swingarm and replace the axle and nut.

Next line up the spring with the spring holder and connect the two noting the angle of the holder to the spring then attach the spring to the brake pedal. Take the brake pedal assembly and line it up with the hole in the right frame half then line up the spring holder with its correct hole and fix in position using a 'B' type screw. Lastly use a small piece of tape to hold the brake pedal onto the frame and label the pivot shaft with its stage number.

This concludes stage 33, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.
