Regards Alan Hi Alan! Thank you very much for your kind comment! For the moment I have some problems with the deck planking. The colour of the strips are very different, it look not very nice. I think I´ve got strips made of different kinds of wood. Now it´s a challange to find a painting to compensate it.  Kind regards, Bernd

Hi! Well, the different colours of the wooden strips for the deck planking are too much, no chance. I decided to make a complete new planking and have ordered new strips (maple). I´m sure to get a better result with this To use the time while I´m waiting I´ve started with the hull planking and cutting gun ports....................
