Well this build took a bit longer than I thought it would. I think I must have been spoilt by the comprehensive instructions that are part of Deagostini and Hachette builds. The instructions for this build where a bit sparse This is Model Airways Kit that I purchased from the USA. Should you contemplate doing the same bear in mind that what you pay for the kit will not include any import tax/vat which will be payable when you parcel arrives in the UK. Their web site does warn you of this. Model Airways offer a free replacement for broken, missing or damaged parts which they have done so in my case, but bear in mind that it will take some time for the replacements to arrive (4 weeks in my case). There are no instruction regarding what colours should be used so I have used a light stain for most of the woodwork, Gunmetal for most thing metal, red for the wheel covers (Mainly so it matches the Focker Tri Plane I built some time ago.) Care is required when handling this kit, being a scale of 1:16 some of the parts are fragile and easily broken.The Britannia metal parts are soft and the castings do require some tiding up. After re gluing the fuselage for the second time I ended up reinforcing the joints with pins I had left over from my Victory build, the heads I painted gunmetal. The Propeller parts supplied consisted of ply cut outs which I did not like so I made my own out of 4 X 4 mil lengths two different colours to give the finished effect of which I am well pleased. One final point all measurements are in fractions as the USA are not metric. Had to download a conversion chart as all my drills are in mm GilShapley attached the following image(s): Current Build:-

Very nice work Gil. 
These WWI fully exposed airframe builds are never the easiest to build especially with all those bracing wires but you've certainly done a good job with it - well done!
Love the laminated propeller by the way.

Gil Tons of skill and patience expended here I can see. The end result looks stunning. Model expo emailed me this week as they have a fantastic sale on for a few days and are doing these aircraft kits and several of their ship models for half price. As much as I am tempted I have to draw the line at the moment on buy anything else. Very well done again with your build it looks absolutly fantastic. Happy Modelling

Thank for the positive feedback, always welcome I was particularly pleased with the way the prop turned out Now building The OcCre Jupiter a 4-4-0 Train most recognisable as the train from all those old western movies If I continue with many more models I will run into that problem we all suffer from "Where do I display them"  Current Build:-
