Pack 10 contains stages 31-33

Stage 31 contains the drive belt cover.

For this stage you will need the left side swingarm and the two type 'C' screws all from stage 25.

Line up the drive belt cover with the four studs on the inside surface of the swingarm , you will know it is correctly placed when all four studs are lined up and the two screw holes are open. Next use the two 'C' type screws to fix the guard in place.

Store the assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 32 contains the front wheel.

For this stage you will also need the front tyre from stage 1 and the wheel parts and two 'F' type screws from stage 23.

Carefully insert the wheel onto the tyre noting the direction of the tread in relation to the left hand side inner studs. Next take the brake disc mount and place it on the left side of the wheel making sure to line up the screw holes with the two studs. Now turn the wheel over holding the disc mount in place and line up the screw holes of the inner wheel hub with the holes in the brake disc holder and use the two 'F' type screws to fix in position.

Store the assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 33 contains the left foot rest and the cylinder mounting bracket.

For this stage you will need the cylinder parts from stages 2, 4, 10, 11 and two type 'E' screws.

Line up the two right halves of the cylinders with the inside facing you, then line up the studs on the mounting bracket with the two holes in the cylinders and push gently home. When the bracket is seated correctly place the two left half cylinder heads over the right halves and use the two 'E' type screws to fix them together.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Pack 11 contains stages 34-36

Stage 34 contains the left half of the frame and screws.

For this stage you will need the cylinder head, the crankcase from stage 7 ,the frame from stage 8 and two 'F' type screws.

Take the right hand crankcase and line up the frame with the two studs and push home, now take the cylinder head and insert it into the cutouts making sure it is orientated with the inner projections. Line up the left side crankcase with the right side and push gently together so they are fully seated and secure with the two 'F' type screws.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 35 contains the right foot rest,horn cover and screws.

For this stage you will need the two rocker covers and horn cover from stage 28.

Take the engine assembly from the last stage and the two rocker covers. When you look at the underside of the covers you will notice there is a thick pin and a thin pin, line these up with the holes in the cylinder head and gently push home. Do the same with the other rocker cover.

Next take the horn bracket and the horn cover and line them up and push gently together.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 36 contains the circuit board, headlight mount, small plastic cap and screws.

For this stage you will need the engine, horn cover and carburettor from stage 18, two 'F' type screws.

On the left hand side of the engine line up the two studs of the horn bracket with the central cylinder mounting bracket,hold in place and turn the engine assembly over then secure with an 'F' type screw. Next on the right hand side of the engine line up the carburettor with the stud making sure the cut out is aligned with both and push gently home then use an 'F' type screw to fix in place.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
