Hi,
Has anyone yet received a replacement pack 9 magazine as i've just called customer service to try and get hold of the magazine and they've told me i need to send the parts in before they will send me the magazine. I've also got a damaged magazine for pack 11 and they've requested all the parts again even though i have pointed out all the parts are now fixed together. Anyone else had this issue?

If you email modelspace@deagostini.co.uk
They will send what you need without the need to return any parts
