In the following picture;  is there a step between the bottom and middle row of bulwarks like the middle and top rows above or is it flush with the middle row above it? Thanks, Steve

Hmm, weird. Got no idea why but the image shows for me. Anyway, its step 25, the fist one in the third instruction booklet.

Felipe stages are lettered rather than numbered., which page number as the UK instructions are not within booklets..

Ahh, I have the US version I guess. It's page 97 in mine.

Ah yes, Stage 26 of the UK edition. You'll find there is a slight step which is smoothed to blend with the panel above whe you get to page 169 later on.

And in Karls build though isn't very visble, but in my stage 26 photos it shows the step to have been blended.. Tomick attached the following image(s):
