If you open a new Word document, you can copy and paste the text from any of the posts. If you then do a right mouse click on each picture, there is an option to 'Save picture as...' So save it to your computer in a convenient spot. You can then insert that picture back into the Word document in the appropriate place and bingo! you have an offline copy of the post. (Copying the picture directly only copies the link information)
