Just received pack 2 and the left main wing spar was broken. Would like to know can anyone tell me how to get a new one.

You need to contact customer services. (Information on the paperwork enclosed with your parts) Request replacement parts and they will guide you as to what will happen as to getting new parts. Will call them on Monday. One more thing the only paper work it came with was the stage book. I do have the box with the postal on it that's all I have.

Hello All
Update on my broken left main wing spare. Good news is I just received the replacement part today! Bad news is the replacement part I received in the mail today was broken in two pieces too!
Called USA C/S today about getting a replacement part for the broken replacement part! C/S person named TJ said he would give the message to a supervisor. Hope to get the new replacement part soon because I'm getting in the build to where I'm going to need it.
One more thing is someone from Model Space needs to look into how there parts are packaged for shipment. Yellow bubble lined envelope with no support for a 40cm + long part. That not good!!!

Just received the second wing spar today in the mail this time in one piece! Now I can get back to the build!
