Pack 12 contains stages 37-39
stage 37 contains the headlight body, reflector,lens ring, lens and screw.
Take the headlight body and line up the two holes with the two studs on the reflector and push gently home. Now take the lens ring and the lens line up the cut out with the stud and push gently together. The lens ring will have a short and a long stud line these up with the body and push home finally giving a twist to lock it in position.

Stage 38 contains the right hand frame, small cover and screws.
For this stage you will need the springs and caps from stage 10, the assembly from stage 30 and the parts from stage 36.
Place both of the springs over the fork ends and slide the headlight mount over them then looking at the back push down until the screw hole is visible. Line up a cap and put in place and secure with an 'F' type screw. Do the same for the other side.
Store any used and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 39 contains the display stand.
For this stage you will need the circuit board from stage 36, the assembly's from stages 37 ,38 and an 'N' type screw.
Take the headlight and insert the cable through the upper hole and seat it in the recess, hold in place and turn the assembly over then secure the headlight in place using a 'N' type screw. Next take the headlight cable and push the connector in place.
Store any used and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Pack 13 contains stages 40-43
Stage 40 contains the back cover for the headlight mount,handlebar locking bar and the front axle.
For this stage you will need the handle bars from stage 17, the assembly from stage 39 and two 'B' and one 'F' type screws.
Take the circuit board and fix it in place using a 'B' type screw, then attach the right handlebar connector to the socket marked 'JP2', do the same for the other connector inserting it into 'JP3' next insert the handlebars through the holes in the top of the headlight mount and place the locking bar over the screw holes and fix in place using two 'F' type screws.
Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 41 contains the battery, coil parts and battery strap.
For this stage you will need the rear cover from stage 40 and two 'F' type screws.
Position the two wiring cables so they are in the groove on the lower right side of the headlight housing, next position the rear cover onto the front headlight housing . Make sure the switch wire cable exits at the same place as the flat wires and that the handlebar cables are in there grooves at the lower bottom of each side and then fix in place using two 'F' type screws.

Stage 42 contains the oil tank and screws.
For this stage you will need the parts from stage 41.
The battery came already assembled so just attach the strap around it, next push the two parts of the coil box gently together.
