Hi Guys, My name is John and I live in Texas. I'm 51 and have been a Star Wars fan since I saw the first movie in 1977. I've been a Millennium Falcon fan just as long. I just ordered the first parts for the Build the Millennium Falcon kit. I am stoked!!!! This will be my first subscription based kit so it'll be a learning curve for me as far as patience goes. But from what I've seen so far in the build threads; this is going to be an enlightening experience.

Thanks for all the welcomes. I will post a diary when I begin my build, but I'm slow so it may take some time. :) It's good to know there are so many helpful modelers here, because I am not really good at some of this stuff. Building, I'm OK but painting and weathering..... my skill is less than stellar.
