Wonderful. These bring back some very fond memories of times past.

My pocket money would never run to all of these but I remember having my eye on the 4 ( or was it 2?) stroke engine in our local post office/general store.

We were going away for a week and I remember my dad saying if I had any pocket money left over after the holiday I could buy this. I think it was one holiday I could not wait to end (fog bound for a week in Scarborough with gale force winds and the sea coming over the front who can blame me).

Managed to keep my money and bought it.

This paddle engine is a beautiful model and I look forward to seeing your build if this one.
