Hello,
I am receiving the monthly build packs and I'm on pack #3 and I have contacted customer service from the USA where I live. I contacted them over a month ago and they told me they would have some customer service supervisor handle my request. After several attempts to contact them failed Im at a loss. Maybe someone in the forum can help. I am on pack #3 of the HMS Surprise and in the first set of instructions they refer to a "Cut Sheet" with the part numbers on it. Well the parts in the kit I have are not numbered and I have no way of refrencing them to the correct positions. So a cut sheet with the correct ref numbers on them would be quite helpful since I'm a novice. Should I have received a cut sheet with the correct positions for these parts, for example the bulkhead formers?
Any help would be appreciated.........Larry Golon

Hi Larry,

the cut sheet was supplied with the information pack of issue 1.

I received 6 files during the first dowload, one of them being: HMS Surprise cutsheet.

Wink

Hope this helps.

Adrie

Thanks for your quick response.
The only documentation I received in Pack # 1 is the assembly guide. There is no other documentation or refrence to any download files in my packet #1. I did not receive any information pack......

Hmmmm.

I assume that you have a subscription directly with De Agostini?

It may be that a different arrangement is made in the USA but I would have assumed that the same would apply.

Every month I get an email from De Agostini stating:

Quote:
Dear xxxxxxxxx

We are pleased to confirm that your next set of components will be despatched within 48 hours. You should receive these within 14 days.

Your next set-up instructions needed for your model's assembly are available to download. Please click on the following link and use your username and password previously supplied to access them.

Didn't you get an email like this?

Sorry to resurrect an older post, but I have the same issue, I ordered the complete kit and received nothing beyond the assembly instructions included in the pack. When I called them to ask about the download instructions, I was told that it is only for the UK customers and not the US customers. The customer rep tried to tell me the pieces were all supposed to be numbered but they are not.

Was just wondering if any other US customers actually got the download instructions or not.

I have the cutsheet pages as a PDF. Let me know if you need it and I'll mail over.

I would appreciate any and all downloadable files related to the construction of the Surprise model. I have contacted them and after more than a week they sent me an email back saying they don't support the model and to have me contact someone else about it, so I am still waiting again for a response.

Sent you a PM astronut.
