Does anyone have any tips on how I can get De Agostini Customer 'Service' to reply to my queries?
My first pack had a severely warped lateral fuselage piece and after complaining I was assured that a replacement pack had been ordered but there is still no sign of it (despite the fact that packs 2 and 3 have since arrived).
I've emailed them 3 times now at
customercare@deagostini.co.uk to chase up the replacement pack and, apart form the automated reply, I've heard nothing from them. I've also tried the phone and have given up after waiting for over 15 mins on several occasions.
This is in addition to the fact that I've still not received the promised free die-cast Messerschmitt that was due with the first pack. I've been told that this is out of stock and they have no idea when it will be back.
My overall impression of their customer service is that is sucks and as a result I'm on the verge of cancelling my subscription which is a shame because I've been looking forward to getting stuck into this build. But I thought I'd just try this forum to see if anyone had any tips on how to get them to respond.
Anyone got any suggestions?
