Many thanks for looking in and the encouragement.

So looking forward to getting the last planks in place today so I can move onto the next stage ........ The second planking Crying

Still enjoying the build of this one so far and looking forward to when I can start getting some colours added - that will be the part I enjoy most I think. BigGrin

Hi Tony,
Thank you for taking the time to show us how it is done, this is a great build diary and very helpful for those just starting, it's builders like your self that make this Forum what it is.

Thank you Tony

Andy

Many thanks.

Getting on rather slowly but I guess this should be seen as enjoyment rather than a race BigGrin

I am terrible as I have got older ( can you believe 52 years old tomorrow - I can't Confused ) as my attention span is aweful. So many other issues at the moment but I just loved this model so much I will get it finished come what may LOL

Nice job on the planking and totaly agree it would seem very odd to put the gun port backing in before opening the front facing planking.

Many thanks for looking in.

There are a few oddities with this one.

Just been looking at the instructions for the keel slot that shows 4mm but the supplied parts are 5mm Confused

Still nothing too major at the moment and while slow it is coming together now.

Happy Modelling

Well all I can say is that is a great school picture you use for your avatar LOL LOL LOL LOL

Me old mum of 82 seems to have more life than me. Think I need a good kick into touch as not just feeling me age but someone else's of 93.

Had my niece of 19 come over with her mum tonight. Just got her new car and it really aged me to think it was only yesterday I was buying all the pretty dresses and kids toys as you do.

Never married ( who would want me LOL ) but just amazed at quickly they seem to grow up these days.

Hope all is well with you - thanks for the kind words BigGrin
