Historic photo shows RAF airmen posing with a bomb ahead of a daring raid on Kiel in 1945. Little did they know, it may well have been the last to be dropped on Nazi Germany.

Interesting article Tom. 
A little unfortunate for those on the receiving end of it though being so close to the end of hostilities but then war is never a fortunate thing really is it?
