Hi All.
I'm new to this site and looking forward to building the H1. I have built other ones, but the real ones. I drive a 99 black wagon with just over 600 HP and 1000 Lbs of torque. I can't wait to get the "mini me".
Thanks

Welcome Boeing Jet! I look forward to seeing your build diary if you create one. I've been considering the H1 as a possible build further down the road. Will be interesting to hear your insight on the differences between building a real one and a model one! I've only been on these forums for about a week or so and I have to say everyone is pretty darn awesome. Very helpful lot here! --Imp Current Build: Millennium FalconWish List: Lamborghini Countach LP 500S, Red Bull Racing RB7

Hi All Thanks for the welcome. I will try and post a few pics of the real one shortly and of course once mini me is done a pic of it will be posted on the hood as well. Question for those who are interested. With my real H1 I have a M105 trailer for it (can post a pic soon) is anyone interested in building me a scale model to match my mini me? I noticed a post from "Andreas" who made one which looks amazing. Thx

Nice looking Hummer If you resize your pictures to 680 x 400 they should appear as actual pictures rather than downloads

Hey Guys
Is it better to paint the body parts individually or once assembled?
|
|
|
Hi you will get a better finish if you paint the parts before assembly Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

If you do paint before assembly, be mindful of the glue joints as you will need to scrape the paint back.
In this instance, the body is better assembled then painted.
