Pack 16 contains stages 50-52.

Stage 50 contains the rear right indicator and bracket.

For this stage you will need the rear fender from stage 49, the number plate from stage 2 and screws.

The right bracket was assembled in stage 48. So for this Stage the rear number plate will be fitted. The number plate has a protective film on both sides take extra care when removing this film from the decal side as it may damage the decal. Carefully remove the bracket from the rear of the number plate then line it up with the two screw holes on the fender and secure it in place using two 'E' type screws. Next dab a little super glue on the two studs on the rear of the number plate and fix it to the mounting bracket.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 51 contains the exhaust pipe.

To complete this stage you will need to wait until stage 60 when you receive the brake light switch, you will also need the right frame half from stage 38, the footrest from stage 38 and screws.

Line up the brake light switch with the two holes on the right hand frame,hold the switch in place and turn the frame over then use a 'K' type screw to fix it in place. Next line up the footrest with the two holes below the switch, again hold in place and turn the frame over and fix in place using a 'F' type screw.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 52 contains the second exhaust pipe.

To complete this stage you will need to wait until stage 60 when you receive the passenger footrest, you will also need the left hand frame from stage 34,the reservoir base from stage 17 and screws.

Line up the footrest with the notch in the frame and push home then fix in place using a 'F' type screw .Next take the reservoir base and line it up with the two holes on the frame and fix in place using two 'K' type screws.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Pack 17 contains stages 53-56

Stage 53 contains passenger footrest bar,shock absorber support,stickers and a screw.

For this stage you will need the engine from stage 36, left frame half from stage 52 and screws.

Line up the engine with the frame, then use an 'F' type screw to fix it at the bottom of the frame and a 'C' Type screw to fix it at the top. Make sure the strut at the back of the engine assemble fits into its slot on the frame.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 54 contains rear brake support , rear wheel sprocket, rear axle and screws.

For this stage you will need the engine and frame assembly from the previous stage, the right frame half from stage 51 and screws.

Take the right frame half and line it up with the left hand side, once it is all lined up use the indicated screws to fix the two halves together. To protect the assemble store it in bubble wrap or similar until needed again.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 55 contains a cross wrench and two axles.

For this stage you will need the front brake disc from stage 4 ,wheel hub from stage 23, front wheel from stage 32 and the front assembly from stage 41.

Take the brake disc and mount it on to the left side of the wheel then hold in place and turn the wheel over and place the front wheel hub in position. Slide the assemble between the front forks and line up the axle hole and then place the axle through the assembly. Turn the assembly over and fix in position with the nut using the cross wrench.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 56 contains the rear wheel hub.

For this stage you will need the rear brake disc support,rear wheel sprocket,screws from stage 54 and the tyre from stage 59.

When you receive the tyre in stage 59 just add it to the wheel assemble now being prepared. Now take the rear sprocket and mount it to the hub making sure the sprocket is lined up with the two pins, hold in place and turn the wheel over and add the brake disc support then fix in place using two 'F' type screws.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
