Its a shame its come to this but 5mths to sort and still no change. My worry now is if too many cancel Deag will end the series. I subscribed to this build because i really wanted to build the victory and its been good apart from Deags constant c***ups. Hopefully with the amount of truly annoyed people Admin will kick some a***. Deag have a very large problem somewhere within there business and it reflects on there company as a whole. I emailed CS today to ask about despatch and for proof of despatch, got the normal reply allow 14 days. I will give it a little longer and see if admin can work miracles.

I really hope it does run its course, cause i would love to complete this build and stay a member of this forum but with the amount of people getting totally p***ed off with lame excuses from deag, it does raise questions. All it needs is deag to sort ther internal problems by what ever means, no customers means no business.

I think Tomick knows about as much as we do. Lets not jump down his throat. Stress is high enough. i dont know what weapons will be used in ww3 but ww4 will be sticks and stones.

Not a good day today. It's raining hard and I really thought either my victory or hms surprise parts might arrive today. Post Lady's been and gone, same with the parcels service. What to do now today

Post has been. No parcel. Is there a problem Deag ? Just tell us. I'd rather have bad news than be fobbed off with lies. I just cannot believe that Royal Mail is not delivering only your parcels. Everything else I order gets delivered fine. Time for a bit of honesty I think. I entered into this subscription in good faith, but am seriously doubting yours. Sorry Admin, but your colleagues are letting you down. Jimmy L.

I started off with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Admin I'd appreciate it if you would refund the money taken out of my account for the last 4 issues + interest at 6%. When you finally get your act together and deliver the issues then you can remove the money from my account. THAT'S REASONABLE ISN'T IT - WHAT! YOU'RE NOT LISTENING Hmmmmmmmmmmm I want to continue with this build but you are trying my patience. There is no explanation and the Post Office excuse sounds to me like a lie. Who is running the company? Management or dispatch? Posty just arrived, no issues in his bag.I am on the verge of following Jamie's example. With the greatest respect to Tommick who is doing a fine job, his posts are so far ahead of my build that he'll be planked before I've even received a nail. ArtfulBodger Previous Build: HMS. Bounty

Seriosuly considering cancelling my subscription now which is a real shame, the wait times are getting so disappointing. Sent on the 3rd? I dont think so. I sold an item on ebay around that time . I sent it 2nd class. 3 days later it arrived with the buyer.....

Hi all you dispondant shipmates I'd like to add to what's already been said, I'm in the same situation where DeAg say they sent the pack on the 3rd and still nothing today. It's rather disappointing that we have to wait so long for our subscription to arrive when I've seen issue 23 in the newsagent and I'm still waiting for issue 19. You'd think that DeAg could do as some other firms do and mail their subscribers before rather than after it goes on sale at the newsagents. It does make me wonder what's going on at their end daffy09
