Lexan body fitting problem Options

im having a spot of bother with fitting the lexan body. I followed the instructions very carefully but cant understand how the side barge boards interact with the two notches under each side pod of the lexan body. If someone can post a close up photo of how it should look that would be great.

The body should just sit over the outer edge of the board.
