I recieved an e-mail from deag yesterday asking if i wanted to subscribe to their new ship "the yamamoto" or somthing like that, what a joke, they cant even get this one right. ive been quite lucky up till now as i have not had any hassle with them but have seen all the posts from other subscribers about their hassles. i think this will be the main topic of disscussion on this forum until the build is finished unless deag get their act together which, judging by past performance is unlikely to happen. customer service just fob us off with tall stories about the mail being at fault, but surely even if the post office cocked up i doubt very much it would be to this extent and all with the mail from deag. i think deag will constantly cock up and therefore ruin the build as i have been told by deag that any replacments for lost parts will not be sent out for 28 days which will mix up parts. e.g you will have parts 23, 24, 25, 26, but will not have parts 19, 20, 21, 22 due to non delivery and having to wait 28 days for replacements. If this happens a couple of times we could find ourselves about 3yrs behind tomicks build i am therfore cancelling my subscription and wishing you all the best with your builds and deags customer service because i think you are going to need it.

Dear All
I'm sure you've all heard me say this many times before but I'll look into this, as you may or may not know I don't work for customer services but for DeAgostini's head office so please be assured that this will be reviewed.
I'm currently speaking to the customer services manager to see what has happened to the dispatch of issues 19 - 22 - I have said in earlier posts that should we become aware of a problem I will post something up so that you are aware, and I will be fully investigating this.
I know this doesn't give you an exact answer right now, but please be patient and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can!
Kind Regards Admin

No Thanks Admin. If you work for Head Office then you are in exactly the right place to influence this issue. Walk into the CEO and tell him or her that if they don't get a grip they'll have no company to play with. DeAgostini CEO needs a piece of paper, what's it called? P45ArtfulBodger Previous Build: HMS. Thanks for info Admin. The majority of people on this forum know it's not your fault we're having problems with dispatches and such like, but you're the only deag contact we have. Customer Services are a complete waste of space. There must be someone in charge at Deag that can make the decision to either change the company that packs and dispatches customers orders, or stick a bloody great rocket up their rear ends. I worked for a print finishers (I presume Deag use a print finishers) and we lost a few contracts because we did not fulfil the customers wishes. Please, ask your bosses to sort this out for us. Thanks. Dave H

If you had actually read the post where I stated that I was getting my Issues from the newsagent, you will have read that I am ALSO subscribing to the Victory. So I have a right to comment on subscription problems. I have since checked my posts and I posted the comment where I was subscribing in Ask Admin - Subscribers v Newsagents. Apologies. Dave H

i think everybody needs to calm down and stop getting 'personal' before some members start requesting the removal from the forum of some of the troublemakers“Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain

Hi all.
I keep reading the comments which have appeared on many threads now about 'ignoring the negative comments and getting on with the build'
I can only assume that anyone who has used this sentence is receiving their victory issues at their local newsagent and are fully upto date with their issues thus far??
Please understand that there are a large number of us who are not upto issues 23, and soon to be 24, so don't have a build to get on with!
That is why we are all 'moaning and whingeing' unfortunately.
Best wishes,
Berkeley.
