Hello there got a question now that we have done those amendments to the tops do we still line the square up in the centre of the plan eg C5  nickpink attached the following image(s): on the bench soverign of the seas & hms hood , collecting hms victory

Hi Nick, in answer to your question the answer is 'NO'. Looking at the pic you provided you need to rotate the whole top 90 degrees clockwise so the larger of the two circular holes in the centre is at the stern when fitted, this hole is to take the lower mast. The rectangular openings to the right and left of those circular holes must sit port and starboard of the masts, this is to give you the room either side to fit the shrouds through....  .. Ahh thanks thats brill I was going to just do it as it is im glad I asked I should of come on here more often during the build really  on the bench soverign of the seas & hms hood , collecting hms victory
