Pack 17 contains stages 54-56

Stage 54 contains base frame, joint, carburettor tubes, drive sprocket and screws.

For this stage you will need the Drive chain (Stage 30) ,Rear fork (Stage 33) ,Fork pivot shaft and nut (Stage 33) ,Main stand (Stage 37) ,IR sensor window (Stage 39)Wire cables × 2 (Stage 40) , Transmission case cover (Stage 45) ,Left frame half (Stage 51) Right frame half assembly (Stage 52) and screws.

Take the drive sprocket and line up the two tabs with the holes on the left hand side of the engine then once the sprocket is lined up with the screw holes use two type 'E' screws to keep in place, do not tighten the screws fully yet.

Next take the four carburettor tubes and insert them into the four carburettor tops pushing the tubes in as far as they will go then gather the other ends of the tubes and pass them through the hole in the tank bottom as you did with the other four tubes. Use some masking tape to hold the four tubes together.

Take the pivot shaft and insert it into the hole on the right frame then take the rear fork and remove the chain guard and then insert the pivot shaft into the rear frame. Now clip the brake rod onto the brake spindle. Next take the drive chain and place it onto the drive sprocket then pull the chain back and fully engage it with the rear wheel sprocket. Now replace the left frame onto the right side making sure the pivot shaft lines up with the correct hole and fix both halves together using the screws as before . Finally place the nut on the pivot shaft and tighten.

Once the frames are secured to each other push the drive sprocket forwards to tension the chain and fully screw home the two screws to hold it in place and then replace the chain guard . Take the transmission case and line up the two pegs and push home fixing in place using an 'E' type screw. Next take the IR sensor window and apply a small amount of glue to the pins and fix in place. For the fitting of the two cables in the next part it may help to loosen the screw holding the case in position. Place a cable into the hole in the transmission case and then feed it into the hole in the air filter fitting the second cable in the same way.

This concludes stage 54, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Pack 18 contains stages 57-59.

Stage 57 contains base frame, rear frame joint, exhaust joints, joints and screws.

For this stage you will need the battery box from stage 53, the rear fender, wire holders from stage 34 and the main frame assembly.

Firstly remove the battery box cover , remove the left had frame, the stand and then detach the chain from the rear swing arm and remove that also. If you look closely at the battery box there are 5 square pegs 3 on the right side and two on the left, the three pegs slot into the three holes on the right side of the frame. Before fitting the battery box pass the battery box cable through the indicated hole and then pass the IR sensor and brake cables through the same hole in the frame.

Next remove the masking tape holding the rear indicator wires in place on both frame halves and place the rear frame joint on its peg on the right hand frame. Replace the left hand frame half and stand making sure to line up all the pegs from the various fitted parts and fix in position as before but this time add another 'E' type screw to the front of the frame.

Take the rear fender assembly and place it between the rear frame halves and under the rear frame joint then line it up with the screw hole and fix in place using a 'G' type screw. Pass the indicator cables through the notches in the fender then place them as shown with the rear brake cable and use a wire holder to fix in place. Do this with the other two wire holder then use a small amount of glue on each holder to keep them in place.

Next pass the indicator and brake cables through the square hole on the fender side and thread them through the frame as indicated until they appear at the top of the frame.

This concludes stage 57, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 58 contains dynamo cover, base frame, joint and screws.

Take the frame assembly and turn it over then remove the masking tape holding the spring to the stand, remove the spring. Now using an 'E' type screw tap the hole in the frame then place an 'E' type screw through the ring end of the spring and fix it to the hole you just tapped. Next using a pair of pliers pull the ring end of the spring up and fix it to the hole in the stand. Test the stands operation and adjust if needed.

Next take the battery box cover and remove a 3 mm x 3mm square of plastic from the right hand side of the front tab this is done to stop the cover from fouling the battery box wire. Refit the cover.

Now take the Dynamo cover and fix it in place using the three 'M' type screws.
