Having trouble getting the joy stick which was absent from Pack 4 stage 3. Is there a special number to call or person. Prior attempt by general customer telephone number was not successful. Thank you.

Hello!
I've had the same problem with a missing joy stick when I received my pack. I'm in the USA Ohio and I emailed customer service and some how I have hooked up with a very nice lady her name is Christina. She responded back to me very quick about the missing joy stick and mail me another one out with track. Sense then I have had other issues and she has help me out very much. So if I where you I would contact customers service
One more thing to the people who are in charge of ModelSpace this lady need to be commended for her hard work and her dedication to her job because she is wonderful to work with!!!
