After 8 months of searching and watching I have finally managed to find a Tamiya 1/350 display case for myYamato that was reasonably priced, they have been going for £180+. I ended up finding a bargain list second hand on Amazon in as new condition. Since I will now be displaying it in a case, its still in its cardboard box at the moment, I though I would attempt some rigging My question to you all is; What material would you all recommend to use for 1/350 scale?

Hi Dave, first thing is, you cant use sewing thread as it is way too thick and will look wrong, I have used stretched sprue before at this scale and it does stretch very thin but you then need to judge for yourself the thickness. Here's a link that supplies very thin line for rigging - http://www.berkshirejunction.com/ezline.html
Lots of model forums mention using it but never tried it myself Steve
