It's time to fit the stern brackets instead of painting them I have joined them to the stern then removed some of the sapele from the ship then reapplied some longer strips of sapele and knitted them in leaving them joint free, I also used a pair of old gold earrings ( the wife was throwing out) re shaped and used to decorate the ends of the brackets robbyrob60 attached the following image(s):

Another job I did was to move the electric wire what was coming out of the rear gun port it just had to be moved as it was a big mistake putting it there in the first place so that's gone and hopefully know one can see it will put a picture on later as I forgot to take one. I have also reworked the bulkhead and given it a curve and painted it gold and put a new door in so been busy and stressed overall I am happy now with the outcome . robbyrob60 attached the following image(s):
