Hi Steve
A set of watchmakers screwdrivers should do you for most of the build although some larger screw drivers will be needed later on in the build for the large brass screws on the couplings for the engine to tender and bogie mounting. You will also need either epoxy resin or medium superglue for some fixings.
If you are building the brass version then remember to wash your hands a lot when handling the parts to remove the natural grease from your hands as polishing will be a problem with the majority of parts fitted but if your painting like I did with mine then its a case of degreasing, using an etch primer and then paint.
I used Railmatch weathered black for my build along with firebox red.
Its a great build and seriously heavy and big when finished, enjoy your build and any questions just ask we are all here to help if needed.
Regards
Andy
