Here are a few pics of my Bandai 1/72 scale Y-Wing. I didn't use the Decals as they are extremely tiny and I just can't see them well enough to place them. I've found that 1/72 scale has become too small for me to do much with so this is likely the only one I will be building

There were no markings for the droid, and I can't paint that well on such a small canvas; so the droid is white on white Smile lol

AM with you on the 1/72 is a little small for me to work with although I like what you did and I really like the Y wing was thinking of getting it as well and giving it a go did get a nice pair of wearable magnified lens they help, just wish Bandai could offer it in the 1/48 as well, but now getting any of their star wars models may be difficult :( or more costly.
On the Bench DeAgostini Millennium Falcon, Moebius 1/32 Cylon Raider, Moebius 1/32 Colonial Viper, Bandai 1/12 R2D2&R5D4, Bandai 1/12 Scout trooper & Speeder Bike
On their way Bandai 1/48 AT-ST, Bandai 1/48 Snow Speeder

Beautiful work... I just bought this same model and just opened it to start on this weekend. I bought one of those lighted magnifying glasses that you clamp to the desk. My eyes are getting bad too. Getting older sucks. Hope mine looks as good as yours.

Thanks for your praise. :) I have a lighted loupe myself; otherwise I wouldn't be able to build these small models. I've got quite a few of them to go lol even though it's difficult for me because my eyes are pretty bad anymore. I just can't help but get these Bandai beauties. They are the most fun kits I have ever built. I have two 1/72 T-65 X-Wings, another Y-Wing, two TIE Fighters, 1 TIE Advanced,C-3PO, R2-D2 and R5-D4, a 1/48 Snow Speeder, an AT-ST, a Speeder Bike and Scout Trooper, two of the T-70 X-Wings and two of the 1/144 Millennium Falcon kits to do because I'm a glutton for these things lol

Me too, along with my MF from here I have the Bandai C-3PO, R2-D2, Revell master series 1/72 Millennium Falcon and a ton of Bandai kits on my wish list. I can't wait...gonna be a fun winter.Laugh Laugh Kinda nervous about C-3PO though... he's so shiny and don't want to fingerprint him up but I hate wearing gloves to model. I need to feel the plastic... become one with the plastic...be the plastic... OK sorry sorry... getting a little weird in here...
Best Regards,
Ron
