This may sound like a dumb question but I've come this far and I want to be sure.
I am almost ready to attach the last few planks to the hull. I realize that the gap between frames has to be measured and planks tappered accordingly. What I'm not sure about, and is not really clear in the instruction photos, is, do you measure from last plank to garboard plank or follow the curve of the frame last plank to garboard plank?

Hi Sinbad, if I follow your question correctly then you need to measure following the curve of each rib from the last plank laid to the garboard... You also have to re-measure after each row of planks are completed.

Thanks Alan that's what I thought, but it's hard to tell from the pics in the magazine.
