Not much modelling to share at the moment due to working 12 hour nights and a spot of 'man flu' so I thought I would share this latest purchase that I saw someone selling on a Facebook selling page and thought it looked interesting so had to get it

This will be my first foray into Eduard 'stuff' and so far things look good.

Everything arrives in a some what oversized box that has a very nice picture on the front of the finished build which does look quite impressive.

The box contains 1 large sprue of parts and a sprue with the instrument panel 'panels' on. There is also 1 sprue of clear parts, 2 frets of PE and a sheet of rather nice looking Decals.

I have read about the quality of Eduard aircraft cockpit PE and was quite impressed with the quality of the PE included in this kit, the printed words are all readable and really are quite small, I've used the macro zoom funtion on the camera in these pitures. The same with the decals, some of which I could only actually read using macro zoom.

The plastic parts are completely flash free and look to be nice and crisp.

The instructions are an A5 booklet printed on thick glossy paper that are clear and look to be well layed out. All colour refereneces are for Gunze Mr Hobby paints.

Overal I think this will build into an interesting little model and would look really good mounted in a picture frame on a Balkenkreuz background.

I quite like the idea of a Swastika background and might look at going with this. I do understand it's a touchy subject and might get disapproving comments however being half German I personally have no issue with it being used in that context, after all in the sense the Luftwaffe was part of the Nazi war machine it would make it historically correct. Also the contrast in colours would look a lot nicer thinking about it than with the Balkenkreuz

Its a very unusual kit idea, but it defiantly works. looking forward to seeing the build
