Hi Rashaad430

I have had no dealings with Jacklin but I do remember that in the 1st week of this forum we were discussing the pro and cons of subscribing and the one chap, cant remember who, said he dealt with them on previous subscriptions and found them very reliable and had absolutely no issues with them at all. It would be nice if they had an "admin" on here who was local just like the general admin on the forum who seems to be based in the UK and looks after the guys over there. Hope you contact them and maybe you should suggest that they have someone monitoring the local forum.
Current build : The Victory
Pending builds : none - yet
Built loads of bikes trucks planes and boats - all plastic kits.
on wish list - a 1:24 spitfire, in wood, plastic, just as long as I can build it :)

For any account or subscription queries you need to post your question into the 'Ask Admin' topic

Tomick - that is the logical place but does the admin in the UK have any "clout" in South Africa?

Hi Rashaad430

When you subscribed did you receive an order conformation email from Jacklin. I got mine the same day with an order conformation number. If you have not had that then I would ask Admin to look into it.

Regards
Ray

Hi Rashaad 430

I think we are all impatient and can not wait for the issues to arrive, but unfortunately, these things take time. When I subscribed (telephonically) I received my membership number immediately, followed by a letter of confirmation about 2 weeks later. Although I have been dealing with Jacklin Entrprises for a number of years now and had no problems whatsover, I would not bother e-mailing them, as they do not reply. I do all my subscriptions, enquiries, etc telephonically and it works all the time. Their Customer Care is really helpfull. Phone them on (011) 2654304 and I am sure they will sort you out in no time.
