Hi All,

I have read all of the posts so far and I'm very impressed.

Now I'm getting excited in anticipation of the the delivery arriving. I think I will go down the paint route but will it be weathered or not? I tend towards clean but I may yet change my mind. So many decisions for an old fella to make.

Well I ordered it 1st September the full kit £719, purchased during discount offer, money charged 2nd September.
Thinking that the 14 working days stated on the website was about up I sent two emails to customer services but no reply so I picked up the phone.
Spoke to a lady who said it hadn't been despatched until 18th September and I should receive it within next 14 working days. I asked where was it coming from and was told Jarrow, that's a five hour journey from where I live, most companies would overnight. It is being sent Royal Mail but there is no tracking number so I have no clue when it is likely to arrive but I will have to sign for it.
Very disappointed, it seems once the money has been paid DeAgostini / Model Space don't care.

Hi Alec, sorry to hear you kit hasn't arrived yet, am pretty sure it will arrive within the 28 day period. Don't believe you'll be disappointed when you receive it and start building. From personal experience I have ordered many kits and not just from DeAg/Modelspace but from others too. Have found the norm for delivery is around the 28 day mark so hang on in there, it will arrive.....

Regards

Alan

Great news, three large boxes of kit arrived today, checked everything and all is complete.

I had a lot of help from Gandale and Liam, the Business Manager for Model Space, for which I am truly grateful.

Now to read the instructions twice and proceed slowly.
