Pack 18 contains stages 57-59

Stage 57 contains gear change pedal, rubber covers, sprocket and screw.

For this stage you will need the transmission case from stage 27and 29.drive belt from stage 30 and the drive belt cam, gear rod from stage 58, screws.

Take the transmission case inner and place the gear rod into its hole in the case, turn the case over and line up the studs on the cam with the grooves and fix together with a 'F' type screw. Next take the sprocket and mount it on its pin and then place the drive belt onto the cam . Now take the outer transmission case and join it with the inner case, turn it over and fix together using three 'F' type screws.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 58 contains drive belt cam, pedal cam, gear rod, fender plate, pedal support, pedal nut and screws.

For this stage you will need the engine assembly from stage 54 and the transmission case from stage 57.

Take the engine assembly and offer up the transmission case lining it up with the two mounting holes then turn the assembly over and fix the transmission case in place with two 'F' type screws.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 59 contains the rear tyre.

For this stage you will need the gear pedal, rubber covers and screw from stage 57 also the gear change pedal and support from stage 58.

Take the gear pedal and mount the two rubber covers onto the studs then place it into its mounting hole on the support. Hold the pedal and support and fit the cam onto the pedal making sure it is lined up properly then fix together using a 'U' type screw.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Pack 19 contains stages 60-62

Stage 60 contains two pillion footrests, tailight switch and screws.

For this stage you will need the engine and frame from stage 58 and the gear pedal assembly from stage 59.

On the transmission side of the engine frame line up the gear pedal with the two mounting holes, hold in place and turn the whole assemble over and use a Type 'F' screw to fix the gear pedal in position. Once the pedal has been fixed place the gear change rod on the upper arm and fix in place with the silver retaining washer provided with stage 58.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 61 contains transmission housing, fuel tap and two reflectors.

For this stage you will need the engine assembly from stage 60, the swing arms from stages 31 and 49, the deflector from stage 26 and the shock absorber support from stage 53.

Take the left swing arm and hold it up to the rear engine frame taking note that the drive belt passes above and below the central support then place the deflector on its supports making sure the slots allow the drive belt to pass through. Take the shock absorber support and place it on the lower swing arm support making sure the hook end is pointing down. Now take the right swing arm assembly and place it over the left swing arm lining it up with the three pillars and deflector then slide it into the rear engine frame.
The brake cable can be fed through the frame as shown or left until it is ready to be fitted.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 62 contains red tail light and base with cable.

For this stage you will need the engine assembly from stage 61, the support from stage 53, the 77.5 mm axle from stage 55 and the pillion footrests from stage 60.

Take the footrest and line up the notch with the hole on the support then turn over and fix in place using an 'F' type screw. Now line up the footrest assemble with the frame lining it up with the mounting holes. Remove the nut from the axle and pass it through the footrest assembly and frame then use the nut to fix the whole assembly together. You can now place the frame assembly on the stand provided in stage 39.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
