I am sending out the forecastle detail pack today. includes 3 plans and 50 photos across 36 pages. If you have asked for detail packs in the last week or two i will be sending you all the packs separately this weekend. If you have not asked for packs its not to late I am aware that some other countries have only just begun the the build. “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain

Hi jase Once again many thanks for all the detail packs you have sent me up to date . Cant tell you how much help your detail packs have been to me and fellow builders . Request .... You dont by any chance have a photo of the mast coming through the Middle Gun deck do you ?? If you have a picture posted onthe forum would be appreciated . Regards Mald.

hope this helps you can see the wedges used to position and fix the mast. note: the masts on Victory are not original they are steel replacements added by the Victorians and the positions of the bands are not correct i can not find evidence of their true positions. unfortunately the anatomy of the ship is based upon the current victory not the nelson version “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain

Thanks all for the feed back on these packs Quarter deck should be done in a few days. looking at the model pics in the magazine there seems to be a significant challenge to correct the area around the Galley chimney. the grating is to large making the stack way to small! new requests for packs including Germany and South Africa will be sent this morning “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain
