hi i av just located my plank bender after buying it 4 months ago..plugged it in and guess what..it doesnt work.. i have never used it but my question is,is it 3 prong or 2?the reason i ask is mine has 2 pins but there is also a hole for a 3rd, has mine fallen out or is it supposed to be like that..i am trying to find out whats wrong with it so eliminating the obvious..thanks cheers benny

A shaver adapter is all you need, my local hardware store had one for about 3 quid!!!

hi so the third hole is supposed to be there? and i have plugged it into the shaver adapter..shame i still dont have the paperwork cheers benny

Some plugs have only a recess or they are flat if the device doesn't need to be "earthed". So I think all sort of travel adapters should work. Prem Dyner

Simply cut it off and fit a UK three pin
