Just wondering if anybody here that received the incorrect CCW rotor arm in pack 1 (8 months ago) has managed to get the correct CW part yet?

I am getting a little put out by lack of response from CS and wondering at this stage whether to just cut my losses. Since first requesting a replacement, I have been debited for packs 5, 6 and 7, so I would rather get a new part tbh!

Has anybody had any joy?

Hi Mekon.

I received my correct part eventually. customer service has been increasingly non responsive over the last year or so in my experience.

My build was put on hold for a few months while I waited for the part.

Tomick is much better at resolving issues in good time and probably single handedly saved me from canceling my subscriptions.

Kenjara, I am happy you received the correct rotor arm. I am still missing 2! My build has been on hold for over 2 months now.
I agree with both your comments about Customer Services and Tomick.

We are awaiting delivery of more Clockwise (CW) arms, it appears we inadvertently received Anti-clockwise (CCW) arms in error which were packaged/sent out in error.

Thanks for the update Tomick. I don't suppose there is an eta for the parts? Please keep the forum updated as I know there are a few others that are in my position.

Having the same issue, have four counterclockwise rotor arms and no clockwise arms. Have been in touch with customer service on numerous occasions and they're not replying when they say they will. Could somebody please tell me how to address the issue and I am getting increasingly frustrated.

Sorry to hear this.

Send a PM to me with your name, address and account detail and I'll organise two CW arms to be sent to you.

On the plus side, there are only 4 packs to go now so once the parts issue is sorted it will progress quickly. I still have high (no pun intended!) hopes that the drone will be in the air shortly after Christmas.

Personally, I would be happy to receive pack 8 and 9 together to get back on track, even though it would be a bigger hit to the bank account in one go.

I would support that Mekon - I would really like to get on with it - after the 3 month delay in late summer.

Really looking forward to completed this kit!

Pack 8 release is pending the receipt of re-manufactured parts after having gone astray in transit.
