Found port aileron 3mm longer than starboard, they both fit in spot on each wing, is this correct or are the wings an odd pair

I'm not quite sure how you've ended up with differing lengths, both should be identical to suit identical gaps.
Both should be approx 175mm long to suit gaps of approx 181mm long (allowing a few mm gap at each end for movement).
