BigGrin Looking good, but I would change that piece of plywood your using as a dry dock and replace it with a piece of melamine or something more substantial as it already looks like it is lifting at the front and you dont want a banana boatCool
Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Much better with the anchor so well done.... Coming along nicely and I agree with Andy, swop the build board for something more substantial, MDF works well as does a piece of shelving. Problem with plywood is it is too easily warped....Cool Cool .. Keep the pics coming, look forward to your next update.....

Alan

Todays build was a slow one with only small pieces worked on. I finished fairing the launch, finished the blocks and added blocked to cannon.

Coming along nicely, well done on the launch and should look fine with a light sanding. You will need to sand back a little the keel at the stern otherwise you'll have problems trying to fit the rudder later in the build....Cool Cool .. Keep the pics coming...

Looks like you're getting well into this now Cool

For my build board I used a thick pine shelf that I picked up cheaply at a large DIY store, they were selling it cheap as the brakets and screws were missing, perfect for my needs BigGrin

Things are still going well I am anxiously awaiting the second delivery for the next build. In themean time I replaced the plywood base with a solid pine shelf.

BigGrin Hi Tom the build station will definitely help quite a few builders on the forum have them and think they are the best thing since sliced bread Laugh

Hi Tom, a number of members have bought this item and all have been positive on it to date, don't think you will be disappointed as it's an excellent item to have for your builds. You may also find this excellent diary on the kit done by ARPuchase very useful too..... Hope this helps...Cool Cool

BigGrin Hi Tom

Like Alan I can totally recommend the above station, If you are a living room table builder it keeps everything stored away and is easy to move about if needed. One thing I would add if your moving it about a lot is maybe some carrying handles at the sides.

Regards

Andy
