Hi Guys

I can sympathise with you all and Im sure most of us at some point have had a package go astray or damaged. All I can advise is that a little patience could be shown here or that you contact CS and check with them about your deliverys.

Also just a gentle reminder that the forum is not equipped to deal with delivery matters or c/s issues which is clearly stated in the rules.

Regards

Andy

Agreed andy. But this month is obviously not just an odd package that's gone astray there seems to be a few people that are on the same boat. And we have been told we can't contact cs until after 14 days.

Agreed. My experiences with customer services have been less than satisfactory, to put it mildly. Cursing

Having received Octobers issue yesterday which for me is issue 19, I opened it to check all the parts which I always do and I have discovered that the paint work on the orange bodywork has a small flaw in it.
So annoying as yet again another quality control issue and more annoying I have now got to ring customer services which is always a stressful experience!
If you are one of these people who are waiting for all the issues before starting work on your model, take my advice and check everything carefully when you get your issues.

Hi Mr T
Just sent you a PM.
Many thanks for taking the trouble to sort out the problem for me.
If you could let me know whats happening I would appreciate it just in case I do need to contact customer services myself.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Tom for organising my replacement part which arrived this morning.
I have in the past been critical of Deagostini but I have to give credit where it is due and say they have been brilliant in getting this replacement sent to me in a couple of days.
Many thanks to all concerned.
